agency-led influencer partnership pitch
this project was developed as a conceptual class exercise focused on pitching and partnership structuring within the gaming industry, as well as negotiation tactics. acting as the agency representing blizzard entertainment, i created a strategic proposal pitching a world of warcraft: midnight collaboration to @stefsanjati. the exercise emphasized audience alignment, creator fit, and positioning the expansion as a creator-led cultural moment rather than a traditional game promotion.
proposed deliverables included short-form teaser content, long-form gameplay integration, and interactive community activations tailored to her platform and audience behavior. the pitch also outlined compensation structure, usage rights, and negotiation considerations to simulate a real-world brand-to-creator conversation. performance metrics and acquisition goals were incorporated to connect creative execution to measurable outcomes.
this project strengthened my understanding of influencer vetting, value exchange, and balancing creative authenticity with commercial objectives. it served as a hands-on exploration of how agencies structure partnerships that drive both player acquisition and sustained community engagement.
